The heart sang for a little while... after being in silence for such
a long while unfeeling...not wanting...only remembering once in a while
Then there was you...all of a sudden...in
such a short while My heart beat, and I longed, for all those things that had been shut down for such a while..
I kept reminding myself about the hurt in loving... my mind and my heart said...almost nine years is long enough
to be without ... so I listened...and my heart soared...your words...of loving...for a long while... A life time
partner...to care for...and to care for me... Plans for dreams that seemed so right for two...
but life somehow
didn't seem to agree... walls, walls, walls helplessness, and not knowing what to do...
the heart still
in those dreams that were painted for me... images that I can not rip away from...and that is what I need to do... erase them from my heart and mind...and continue this journey to my next stop.. wherever that might be...for a while...

Same-sex marriage gets recognition in the dictionary Same-sex marriage gets recognition
in the dictionary Posted: 3/20/2009, 11:21 AM Same-sex marriage might not be recognized in most states, but it is
in the dictionary. Merriam-Webster included a secondary definition of marriage to recognize same-sex relationships several
years before gay couples were allowed to tie the knot anywhere in the United States, but the change had gone largely unnoticed
until the conservative World Net Daily news site reported it Tuesday. In its Web and print editions, Merriam-Webster defines
marriage as "the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual
relationship recognized by law." But in a nod to evolving ideas of love and English usage, the Springfield, Mass.-based
company in 2003 added a secondary meaning for "marriage" as "the state of being united to a person of the same
sex in a relationship like that of a traditional marriage." Merriam-Webster said in a statement Wednesday that the edited
entry merely reflected the frequency with which the term "same-sex marriage" had popped up in print and become part
of the general lexicon.

President Andrew Jackson 1832...
It is not our own citizens only who are to receive the bounty of our Government. More than eight
milliions of the stock of this bank are held by foreigners...Is there no danger to liberty and independence in a bank that
in its nature has so little to bind it to our country?....
Controlling our currency, receiving our public moneys,
and holding thousands of our citizens in dependence...would be more formidable and dangerous than a military power of the
enemy.
If government would confine itself to equal protection, and , as Heaven does its rains, shower its favor
alike on the high and the low, the rich and the poor, it would be an unqualified blessing. In the act before me there
seems to be a wide and unnecessary departure from these just principles.

TEARS OF A DREAM
Tears fall...at the loss of what never would
be... a dream... that would never realize... a mere vision... in the distance for me to come back
to from time to time... the sweetness in the thoughts... the heart full... but never to be... A silent
scream I hear... but only silence to all near... the sound is from inside of me... and only I can hear... TEARS OF A DREAM
YOUR KISS A glitter in the distance; A ray of hope; a twinkle; Obscured by obstacles; Undefineable; Bright flash; Heart throbs; Time stands still; reality sets
in; A glitter, a mere twinkle disappears.
